A. Yes, our reports were formed in conjunction with the insurance and banking industries.


Q. Do you have associate structural engineers?

Q. How long does it take to receive my completed report?

A. Within 3-5 working days from the date of inspection, dependant on our work-flow, however, we strive to work within tighter timeframes where required.


Q. Do you do floor levels?

A. Every report includes a statement on floor levels and wall verticality. iScope New Zealand Limited uses a ZIPLEVEL 2000 Pro isothermal instrument to survey floor levels and a RoboToolz Vector 5 laser to determine wall verticality. A. Absolutely! This is crucial in ensuring your full insurance entitlement is secured.

A. Absoluteley. We are members of the Certified Builders of New Zealand. The only organisation where every member is "TRADE QUALIFIED".
